Return Policy

At Pagani Watches, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your timepiece. If for any reason you are not, we have made our return process simple, transparent, and domestic (USA-based).
1. THE 30-DAY "NO HASSLE" GUARANTEE
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to our Brooklyn, NY facility for a refund to your original payment method.
2. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition: The watch must be unworn, unused, and in the exact condition that you received it.
- Packaging: It must be returned in the original packaging with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective plastics.
- Hologram Seal: The Authenticity Hologram Sticker on the watch/box must be intact. If this seal is removed or tampered with, the return will be rejected.

Straps & Bracelets:
- Leather Straps: Must not have any creases or signs of wear.
- Steel Bracelets: Must not be resized (links removed).
- Note: If the strap is modified, creased, or altered, a restocking/repair fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. RETURN ADDRESS (USA)
Unlike other brands that require you to ship returns overseas, we handle everything domestically. Please ship your returns to our New York office:

4. REFUND PROCESS (FAST TRACK)
We pride ourselves on quick processing.
- Receipt: Once your return arrives at our Brooklyn facility, our team will inspect it (usually within 24 hours).
- Approval: If the item meets the conditions above, your refund will be approved immediately.

Payment: The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Please allow 3-7 business days for your bank to post the refund.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a defective item (e.g., movement issues) or the wrong product, we’ve got you covered.

- We will provide a Pre-Paid Return Label so you don't pay for return shipping.
- You can choose between a Full Refund or an Immediate Exchange.
Note regarding "Visual" vs. "Functional":
- Please inspect your watch upon arrival. If there is a visible cosmetic defect (e.g., a scratch), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
- For mechanical issues (e.g., timekeeping), our standard warranty applies.
6. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Final Sale: Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
