While some of our products may pay tribute to classic horological designs ("Homage Watches"), we are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any other watch brand manufacturers (such as Rolex, Tudor, Omega, etc.). All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

4.1 Specifications: We strive to ensure all product descriptions are accurate. Our watches utilize specific movements (e.g., Seiko NH35, Miyota 8215) as listed on the product page. 4.2 Errors: We warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your reasonable expectations based on the description provided (e.g., Sapphire Crystal verification).

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

While we aim for a delivery window of 7-12 business days, shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. 7.2 Customs & Duties: For most countries, taxes are included or handled by our logistics partners. However, in rare cases, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

8.1 Return Window: We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date you receive your order. 8.2 Conditions for Return (Strict): To be eligible for a return:

  • The watch must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all protective plastics.

  • CRITICAL: The Hologram Authenticity Seal must be intact and not tampered with. If the hologram is removed, the return will be rejected. 8.3 Custom Items: Custom-modified watches are non-refundable unless defective.

9. WARRANTY

9.1 Coverage: All Pagani Watches come with a 1-Year International Warranty. This covers material and manufacturing defects (e.g., movement failure, loose indices). 9.2 Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches on the bracelet/clasp).

  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear of the battery/strap.

  • Water damage if the crown was left open/unscrewed.

10. PRIVACY & DATA USE

We respect your privacy. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Specific to SMS: We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts.
