Shipping Policy

At Pagani Watches, we believe the unboxing experience is just as important as the watch itself. We utilize a strategic logistics network with warehouses in Brooklyn, NY (USA) and Hong Kong to ensure your timepiece arrives safely and efficiently.

1. PROCESSING TIME & QUALITY CONTROL (QC)

Every watch sold is more than just a product; it is a precision instrument. Before any package leaves our facility, it undergoes a strict Quality Assurance Protocol:

  • Movement Accuracy Test: Ensuring the automatic mechanism is calibrated.

  • Cosmetic Inspection: Checking for any scratches on the Sapphire Crystal or case.

  • Function Check: Verifying the crown, date wheel, and clasp integrity.

Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order verification, quality testing, and packaging. Note that orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.


2. USA SHIPPING (Domestic & International Hybrid)

To ensure the fastest possible delivery for our US customers, we operate a dual-inventory system:

  • Option A: Brooklyn Warehouse (Domestic Stock) If the model you ordered is in stock at our Brooklyn, NY facility, it will be shipped via USPS/UPS Priority.

    • Estimated Delivery: 2 - 4 Business Days.

  • Option B: Global Hub (Hong Kong) Due to high demand, some models may sell out in New York. In these cases, to avoid making you wait for a restocking shipment, we will express ship your watch directly from our Hong Kong production hub.

    • Estimated Delivery: 5 - 12 Business Days.

Note: The system will automatically select the fastest available fulfillment center based on real-time inventory.


3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ESTIMATES

We ship globally. Below are the reference delivery times based on our average shipping history. These estimates begin after the processing/QC period.

Please note: These are estimates. Delays caused by local customs clearance or peak holiday seasons are out of our control.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update in the courier's system.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information and contact the local courier if a delivery attempt is missed.

5. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For US Customers: There are no customs duties for orders shipped from our Brooklyn warehouse. For International Customers: While we do our best to streamline the shipping process, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied by your country’s customs department.

  • Pagani Watches is not responsible for these charges.

  • Fees are typically collected upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package exceeds the estimated delivery time significantly or if tracking has stalled:

  1. Check with your local post office/courier first.

  2. If they cannot locate it, please contact us at hello@paganiwatches.net.

We will assist you in recovering the item to the best of our abilities. Please note that we cannot issue a replacement or refund for "Lost" items until the investigation with the courier is concluded or the item is returned to us.
