Shipping Policy

At Pagani Watches, operated by HMD Commerce LTD, we believe the unboxing experience is just as important as the watch itself. We operate a strategic logistics network with warehouses in Brooklyn, NY (USA) and Hong Kong to ensure your timepiece arrives safely and efficiently.

1. PROCESSING TIME & QUALITY CONTROL (QC)

Every watch is more than just a product — it is a precision instrument. Before any package leaves our facility, it undergoes a strict Quality Assurance Protocol:

  • Movement Accuracy Test: Ensuring the automatic mechanism is properly calibrated.
  • Cosmetic Inspection: Checking for scratches on the sapphire crystal or case.
  • Function Check: Verifying crown operation, date wheel alignment, and clasp integrity.

Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for order verification, quality testing, and packaging. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.


2. USA SHIPPING

We operate a dual-inventory fulfillment system:

  • Option A: Brooklyn Warehouse (Domestic Stock)
    Shipped via USPS or UPS Priority.
    Estimated Delivery: 2–4 Business Days
  • Option B: Hong Kong Fulfillment Hub
    If the model is out of stock in New York, it will be express shipped directly from Hong Kong.
    Estimated Delivery: 5–12 Business Days

The system automatically selects the fastest available fulfillment center.


3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ESTIMATES

We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates below begin after the processing/QC period.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by customs or peak seasons are beyond our control.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and contacting the local courier if a delivery attempt is missed.

5. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For US Customers: No customs duties apply for orders shipped from our Brooklyn warehouse.

For International Customers: Import taxes and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

  • Pagani Watches is not responsible for these charges.
  • Fees are typically collected upon delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility.

6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

  1. Contact your local courier first.
  2. If unresolved, email us at hello@paganiwatches.net.

We will assist in resolving the issue. Replacements or refunds cannot be issued until the courier investigation is completed.
